First, confirm that your cooling settings are correct. If your unit has a temperature control knob, the larger number indicates colder settings. The most common cause is the door not closing properly. Check the door seal on the unit to see if it is closing properly. If the door seal closes properly, place a dollar bill between the door seal and refrigerator. Close the door and pull the dollar bill out. If the dollar bill pulls out easily, this may mean either your unit is not level or your hinges are loose.
